Andrew Oseran, MD, MBA
Andrew Oseran, MD, MBA, MSc, is an advanced heart failure and transplant cardiologist and an investigator at BIDMC and an Instructor of Medicine at HMS. He received his MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine as well as a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. He completed his internal medicine residency, cardiology fellowship, and advanced heart failure and transplant fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. During this time, he also received a Master of Science (MSc) in Epidemiology from the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. His research interests include questions related to the delivery of health care and understanding how domestic policy initiatives impact health care outcomes and cost. Dr. Oseran is also a Smith Center fellow alumnus, having undertaken a research fellowship here from 2021-2023.
